If an order is placed with a shipping address in these locations, it will be canceled and refunded.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local post office or carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
