Our recommended dosage for Goomz gummies is one gummy per day, and each variety comes in a thirty-pack to last one month. With our Sleep gummies, some people opt to take two, but we recommend that you start with one gummy to assess your tolerance before consuming more.

How often you can take Goomz mushroom gummies depends on which gummies you take. Scientific studies show that the Lion’s mane mushrooms in our Euphoria and Focus Energy gummies are safe to take daily for a period of up to 16 weeks. The Kava in our Euphoria and Sleep gummies is considered safe to take for up to 6 months.

Some people prefer to take one Goomz gummy every single day, while others take them two or three days in a row then take a few days off. “Everything in moderation” is a good general rule to live by, so we recommend taking Goomz gummies when you need them and taking days off when you don’t.

Goomz mushroom gummies are not psychedelic because they contain functional mushrooms, not psilocybin mushrooms. (Psilocybin mushrooms are the ones that make you trip). Our gummies will not make you hallucinate, see pink elephants, or see your face melt in the mirror — they are 100% psilocybin-free.

Though made with natural ingredients, side effects may occur after consuming mushroom gummies. Our gummies are generally well-tolerated, but there are side effects to be aware of:

Our Euphoria and Focus Energy gummies contain the functional mushroom Lion’s mane, which can lower blood sugar levels. While not an issue for most people, this side effect can be dangerous for those who take blood sugar-lowering diabetes medications.

Blood Thinning

The Lion’s mane mushrooms in our Euphoria and Focus Energy gummies have blood-thinning effects. This is a benefit for some people but can be harmful to people who have blood disorders, take anticoagulants or blood thinning medications, or have surgery scheduled within two weeks.

Increased Auto-Immune Disease Symptoms

Because Lion’s mane mushrooms boost the immune system, people with autoimmune diseases may see an increase in symptoms after consuming Euphoria or Focus Energy gummies.

Liver and Kidney Damage

When taken in large doses or over a prolonged period of time, Kava can increase your risk for liver and kidney damage. People who have or have ever had kidney or liver issues should not consume Kava, even in gummy form.

We have a thirty day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Check your order when you receive it.
